Most dudes can't do a 360 dunk.

On NCAA 2K3, almost everybody can.

Come on now, no white kid at Cornell can do a 360 dunk.

Yah and another thing I dont see many 360 layups. Who the hell does a 360 Layup?? I sure as hell have never seen that in a game.

NO MORE 360 LAYUPS AND DUNKS! haha

Maybe a dunk ability should be added in attributes. A player with a higher level can do more dunks, depending on the players real life counter part. What you guys think?

I think they had that on the last game but it wasn't very responsive.

Besides, it would take forever to adjust that for every team.

i could never dunk in that game. my guys wud always pull up for a jumper. why was that? also, make sure that the tunnel is on the correct end in Crisler Arena (michigan) that bugged the hell outta me being in the wrong end in 2k3

After stealing the ball and attempting a layut i see my 6 ft PG doing like a 1080 degrees layup and what does it do..... ROLL OFF THE BACK OF THE RIM, the other team gets it back scores.... Not to be a downer (I realize flash dunks are a real crowd pleaser), but I have to agree with the idea of toning down the dunks, especially in the college game. It's not like the NBA where basically everyone can dunk and there are any number of guys on any given team that can throw down truly spectacular dunks. That's all fine and dandy, but it just ain't so in the college game. Many teams only have a few guys on the whole team who can actually get up there, let alone throw down a 360-windmill slam or whatever.

As an idea, maybe under the "ARCADE" setting, the dunking would be a little more outrageous to please those that want to see that, but the "SIMULATION" setting could make it so the dunks are a little more "college appropriate" (your standard 1 hand/2 hand/reverse dunks/etc...)

each year it gets worse and worse. the nba series is starting to turn bad a well!

all we ask as espn video game customers is: just make these games smoother, fine tune the graphics and make the game play more realistic

I agree with toning them down, but in real life players miss dunks and layups every now and then. So as long as it's not excessive, I think that's fine.
