Kobe hasn't gotten convicted yet they are just going thru the preliminary hearing at the moment. I hope he doesn't get convicted, but if he is really guilty then I feel sorry for the brotha.

yea, and so far i think both prosecuter and defense lawyer are equal right now, even though they got some important info out on kobe, they also got just as important info out on the accuser

i mean, the girl has emotional problems, she claimed she has bruises, but most of them weren't found until the next day, also, the ******l bleeding could have been cuz of ****, OR CUZ OF REGULAR SEX, so they aint got nuttin on kobe, i aint stuttin that blood on his shirt cuz of wat i just said.

The only undeniable evidence they have on Kobe is her DNA on his shirt. There isn't alot of evidence that they have on him or at least it's not been made public because of all the block-outs the judge has declared. No matter how this trial ends up it's just gonna be another media persons dream. You can already see if he gets off they are just going to attribute it to his celebrity status. For christ sakes they won't even let the lawyer use her past of in the case to show that she has mental issues. I mean if a girl filed sexual assualt against me and she's been known to overdose on pills that leaves something to question.
