Of all the comments and threads here in these forms, bottom line is 2k is back!! I only want too play 2k8 for simple reasons only: There history of football games speak for themselfs from 2k too 2k5 they have always improved from year too year on gameplay, graphic's ect on & on.... this game will be a good game for all who love real football not arcade ball, Real football something that has'nt filtered down too EA yet i mean AI that will make you sweat from play too play unlike madden where the AI is soley based on cpu tricks, for example: LB'S gliding 10-15yds too make unreal plays warping through eachother, no pass rush, unresponsive DB'S, unreal comeback codes from hell QB'S dropping back 20-25yds throwing bullets as if they are 5yds aways from the WR.
If i want a straight up arcade game i would play blitz the league, i'm glad that 2ksports is putting out this game it even makes me want too game online now something i haven't done due too maddens unreal games online where you can score by goalining your way down field with the same play over and over(try that with 2k5 won't work). And now all the thing's that madden should have had in madden 06 next-gen people are so happy and thrilled about are the same things they have in their current gen systems, gang tackling, (even nfl fever had gang tackling) playmakers, slide protection ect.... madden game programers are padding themselfs on their back like if these are brand new features ????
