E3 Madden 08 vs APF 2K8 is a laughfest!!!

Did anyone see what I saw during Mircosoft's media show? They were hyping up all EA's crappy games, because mircosoft and ea have somekind of deal. Peter Moore said, now EA's games will be 2x's as good...because now they run at 60fps.

They invited EA's guy to play against Reggie Rush (coverboy NCAA08). During the game, did anyone see the transitation screen after the play. LOL it was skipped around (like a slight pause) lol.. I laughed my *** off. 60fps what a joke...EA can't even get a simple transitation to work at 60fps.

No All pro football 2k8 in mircosoft's show.. :( We will all have the last laugh!

Basically confirmed the fact I can skip any NFL game this season. EA's Madden looks to be boring and dull as usual.

Reggie Bush was on the cover of NCAA 07, not 08 just had to point that out.....No big problem, and Madden looked horrible on E3 last night.....I can't stand EAsports....

you know my last purchase was 2k5 and i still play it sometimes on ps2 cuz i love 2k and it still looks better than 07 madden they all look like long armed monkeys and fat.

Did you even listen to the statisics that Peter Moore spoke about??? Madden SALES account for a HUGE chucnk of game sales....HUGE AMOUNT.

This year is on par with 2004....back then the TOP SELLING games were....GTA, HALO 2 and MADDEN 05.

So why would you expect any game from 2k to be mentioned?? They are not TOP sellers....there were ALOT of games that werent mentioned in MIROSOFTS press conference.

Its all about $$$$$$$ and EA + xbox 360 = software sales!!!!!!

Yeah I watch Microsoft E3 conference, it kind of made me sick to my stomach watching them brag over Madden 08 and other EA games. What's funny is how most of the XBOX fanboys on this forum are dissing the PS3 for running football games at 30FPS, well after I watched the gameplay video of Madden 08 at E3, if thats 60FPS me and alot of people were not impressed, Madden still looks like sluggish gameplay and the game itself didn't look that great. I maybe wrong hopefully APF 2K8 runs alot smoother on the 360 than Madden. It just really irks me the way Microsoft was all on EA's ***sack. What was funny the crowd was quiet 90% of the time when Microsoft was showing there games and info, espically when Madden 08 was shown. Has APF 2K8 been shown yet at E3?

Who cares..just dont buy Madden (And you do not have to watch the Madden coverage on E3, but you do, so you must be interested in Madden, but deny it.)..get over it and look forward to 2K8. When a clip of Madden comes on, switch it off, have a beer, make love to your wife...just get a life.

Here is what I can't understand. 2K had MS by the Balls when they wanted GTA to come out the same day as PS3 version. They also had MS by the Balls when MS wanted exclusive downloadable content.

You would think someone at 2K would be smart enough to demand better coverage of all their games, especially the games that compete with EA in the sports area. I mean hell when MS wanted EA sports games on Xbox live EA took MS to the cleaners. They demanded all kinds of stuff which included MS scraping their whole 1st party sports game division.

Why on Earth didn't 2K say, fine will we put GTA out on 360 same day as PS3 version if, you showcase our sports games at E3 or any other conference instead of EA

Yeah, they seem to be in cahoots with microsoft. Even after EA refused to allow Madden to be played on Xbox Live for a while.
