Aside from their listed abilities, are the legends' skill level based on their tier?

I'm pretty sure that this has been established, but I'm not sure where it was confirmed... obviously, some players in Bronze have more abilities than some in Silver.

For example: Ricky Sanders (Bronze WR) has four abilities. Lenny Moore (Silver WR) only has one. Sanders can't be better than Moore because he's in a lower tier.

So, this leads me to believe that ALL players in Silver will be better than Bronze, regardless of the listed abilities. Is this true?

I was wondering the same. I figure that how well they do their attributes and overall is by tier. But conversely I think that some brinze/silver players are underrated tier wise. So maybe they won't be as bad as some have made them out to be. I guess well know for sure in few days.

I'm in the same boat as you guys wondering about this. I noticed Okoye looks hands down better than half the silver running backs. He has like 4 special abilities.

This question really needs to be answered. They were so late in releasing the players tiers/skills that no one asked these questions to 2K in their gameplay demos. Not sure posting it here will help though. This is the last place you can get any answers from 2K. Better off posting to Operation Sports and seeing if they can email someone from 2K.

And because of the fact that there are no actual overall ratings, how can we even be sure that any player in silver tier is better than a bronze player? Other than trial and error, of course... I mean, the fact that some players have fewer abilities than others kinda sucks, because who is going to pick those players who have 1 ability, or none (yes, it seems like some players have no abilities... what the f is the point of that)? It just seems weird to me.
