Leaderboards/W-L Records???

Does anybody kno if they will be reset monthly like in Nba 2k7? The reason for my asking is becuase i havent played k5 in about a year and i dont plan on having that great a record in my first couple weeks of playing.

I would really like 2k to break the records into two catagories. 1st you could have your ladder record that resets every so on. And then and All-time record that never goes away, say in your profile or something.

if there going to be split into to groups whats the point. why not just show your all time record instead of that month or whatever?? i know people arent going to be good right away but even if they reset the one record, your loses will still show on the all time and thats the record i will look at if it is set up that way.
