I played 4 games today. I won one 100-55 and another 81-38. My defense is great!

I didnt blow no one out but I used the bobcats and my cuz used the 80's east and i won in double over time. :)

None. I played with the sliders that make the game harder. My team was the Bucks and he had the Lakers. I played a lot of games like that where I blew somebody out by a lot of points. I post a lot about hard easy this game is and how easy it is to take advantage of somebodys weakness. I beat a lot of people by the average score of like 70+ points. I know, that is a lot.

I've won by over 100 pts like 5 or 6 times but its no fun b/c the people quit or drop most the time. So when the game is that easy i just try to break my non-star single game scoring record. Which is currently at 117 pts by Jarvis Hayes. Its to easy to drop a hundred with Jerry Stackhouse or Gilbert Arenas when I use the Wizards.

Dont take it as a personal challenge kid. lol i didnt even call u out just relax. If you see what I wrote i said "when the game is that easy" not when I play you. lol but seeing that your that defensive about it i prolly would beat u by 40 or 50. And I can drop a hundred one anyone. Its called dont shoot with anyone else. lol but thats not real hoop. I like to get all my starters 20-30 points. and at least 3 triple doubles.

im ok, the biggest lost i have had is by 15 points i belive.

i pass the ball around a lot so you gotta watch a lot of my players.

i wont blow you out since my win avg is by 5 or six points and my loss avg is by 3 or 4 points.

if i can see that my defense is being ran over ill slow the gm down a lot and hold the ball for a while....pistons style(DONT USE THEM)

depends i praticaly use anyteam, i always like using equal teams.

im a pretty bad shot blocker tough, i foul more than block shots, but in a game vs the wolfs i used the lakers and had a lot of block shots, i think around 9 i belive.

i shut down the guy and he tried pure alley oops and i blocked the some how, i hit the ball before it hit his hands, its funny because he kept trying it even though i kept braking it up.

if you really play sim and not cheese like run around with gilbert arenas and stackhouse trying to take baseline and look for the dunking sweet spot, i think we would have a pretty good gm

LOL I doubt it would be close if a great block game for you is 9 with SHAQ. I block at least 15 with Kawme every game. And jarvis gets around 8-10. I dont iso in the paint, auto oop, corner three, or iso three. The only alley oops i do are the real ones if i have the lane to do them. For about the last 40 games i played i would let the other guy pick my team b/c that was the only way they thought they would win for sure. It never works. All i need is a big man that blocks shots and one or two dunkers.

you wont see me heaving grant hill passes to half court or running around looking for sweet spots.

i do use the crossover with kobe a lot.

i just hate playing players who use the turbo button all day and jam or just get the cheap foul to go to the line.

and the corner three doenst work in superstar or hall of fame, only on cheap pro and superstar.

im hoping your not one of those players who loves to double team everyone and just runs around looking for the dunk

Okay let me break down this last post like I would break down your defense.

"i dunno, i dont run around looking for the dunk which is what you seem to do." -(How can you say I run around looknig for the dunk when you've never seen me play, secondly if you know what "real alley-oops" are then you'd know theres nothing cheap about them. The only time you can do them is when the defense breaks down. I do this 3 or 4 times again mostly on fastbreaks.)

i do use the crossover with kobe a lot."-( You say that you play "real sim" but if you iso with kobe alot then I know that you iso in the paint, you may not do it all the time but I know you do to some degree. If you do thats on you I have no problem with it b/c i can stop it.)

If I have a dunking lane Ill take it, its that simple. You cant tell me great dunk kings like J-Rich or Brent Berry would pass up a dunk for a mid range jumper. lol this aint the 60's.)

And me looking for a dunk depends on how weak your Defense is. Like you said your a bad shot blocker and you foul more than you block. Seeing that I know this it would be dumb for me not to attack your big men and foul them out, you prolly dont like dunks b/c you cant stop them. Here's a tip dont let you oppenet know your weaknesses.)

And lastly im tired of me saying I would beat you and you sayin it would be a close game. You said you can get the PS2 version. Get it so we can get this debate over with.

I'm retired. I hung em up awhile ago. The only time i play now is with my friend. We use this name. Where without a doubt the greatest two man team ever put together. We aint never lost against two other people and we've only lost twice against a person.

I've came to the conclusion that I can beat all most anyone, I'm ranked in the top 20 in pro, only about 4 or 5 people can beat me on a bad day for me, my avg. defeat online is 34.5, and my biggest defeat was 135-26, so meh. :wink:

I've won buy fifty a few times. I tend to lose close games or win by twenty. My guy missed a dunk at the buzzer to win once I about killed someone.

i beat a guy who had the timberwolfs buy 10+ points.

my leading score was shaq with 43 and 15 boards

kobe with 28 points and 4 steals

gp with 12 points and 15 assists

hey man, i just woke up before i played that game :P nah man, sometimes i just lose it in the second or third quarter. i dont know what it is, but im on a horrible losing streak right now. im always winning by like 1 point after the first quarter, but after that its all downhill. i think its because i play a lot of non-ranked, 2 minute quarter games.

I get 15 blocks with Kawme b/c im a shot blocker. You can say w/e u want about all-star. I play there b/c I dont feel like sitting around in HOF for someone to show up. Normally when I get online with ESPN Basketball I like to play sometimes. I dunno maybe its a strange idea but when I go to the lobbies with people in them I get a game. Wow that's so wierd. Talk about my skills or lack they of all you want, but when your done shooting your mouth off let me know so I can get 15 cheese blocks on you with Kawme. I know your not scared to play such a horrible player like me.

hall of famer is the way to go, it doesnt get more real than that.

on pro and all star, you cant dunk on three people with shaq, you will get blocked no matter what.

hall of famer/superstar doesnt give you any easy crap.

well for starters its cheesy. you can still hit corner fade away threes. you can block lay ups and dunks with shooting guards and point guards.

would if i could, I got the highest points from the paint percentage, have been winning games by 10+ points. avg 9 blocks with shaq in hall of fame difficulty, havent lost a game in the last 20 games ive played.

this month i learned how to block shots/lay ups/dunks/, i played a guy named fenderjazz, i was lossing by 13 points in the second quarter. kobe got injured in the first quarter, so the whole load went to shaq who led me to tie the game in the third and take the lead in the forth.

the guys whole strategy was the crossover under the paint, to bad i blocked most of his dunks/hook shots.

i havent seen anyone who can beat me right now in superstar or hall of fame on x box live.................

I do like the way that you say "I wouldnt go that far" when you talk about me not being a shot blocker. Seeing that fact that you play on x-box i play on PS2 and you've never seen me play i'd like to know how you came to that conclusion? Is it that you have secret powers? Or maybe it's that you've been spying on me while I've been playing all this time so you have tons of stats. Naw what I think it is, is that you like a bunch of bums online go around thinking that your the god of the game and love to toss your amazing stats to impress everyone. So before you go around giving me your resume again let me tell you that i've played to many games and seen to many things to be impressed by someone who brags about there stats.

In regaurds to there being to much cheese on all-star I agree, too many people shoot cheese threes, too many people iso in the paint, and too many people auto opp. Im not one of them and I can stop all of that. I've always played str8 and I always will. I'd rather loose a game fair than win by cheating. Alot of people dont think that same, that's on them. If they want to cheat then it's there problem i'll just have to stop that and get another win.

Just because some people cheat dont generalize everyone that plays the game. The point I want to get across to you which you've missed 3 times already is that I play the game becuase its fun, and I play allstar because that's where the games are. If you played on PS2 you'd see that.

Lastly as for you being a great player I really doubt that, the true greats dont need to use the best team in the game to win. Everyone that plays the game knows that. If I cared about rank and stats I would still be playing instead of stopping when my rank was still on the rise. I suggest you try to use a real team if you ever want to be elite. I would come out of retirment just to watch my Wiz abuse the Lakers.
