created team did not save

I spent like 1 hour making up a uniform and I thought it saved but I just cut it back on and it is asking me to make a team again. How do you save your team stadium etc etc after you make them?

Hit "Start" and advance all the way through until it says "SAVING CREATE A TEAM" and brings up the main menu again
