I have 360 and I am trying to go online for the first time. I went to join xbox live and it tells me it cant connect then i got to test xbox live connection and it gets to IP address and Says Failed!!! anybody know what I can do to get online. I tried to type in my ip subnet and gateway manually but it says the same thing.
