Generic Players Need Ratings

I am all for no player ratings and what they do with legends is cool. However, what about the generic guys? How do you determin your depth chart without putting a season or two under your belt to decide who is who.

Is there absolutly no ranking for generics? They at least need a scouting report, fake back history or some generic attributes that gives them each a little bit of personality so they feel like a part of the team.

I don't think so. If you remember how you set your team up you should be able to gaze what you have.

I have long runs, picks, big catches and so on with the generics. Players in real life don't have ratings so why do you need them here? Pick a play and run it.

Maybe they should at least give the generic players the old numeric ratings. all in the 70s and lower.
