ok, I have been playing for over a day and i got to give my review on 2k8 and ncaa08 after 24 hours.

2k8
gameplay is fun, it could be the funnest game ever its awsome, from the hits to the catches, to the legends, its amazing.
that being said what this game lacks is some very important little features that would have changed it.
you pick a team you play same players, you control only your team, you cant touch any other team on the game but the one you create.
Season, you play your team only, cant play the other teams games or anything.
The only thing you can do is play a game with this. And its awsome....but we need more than that.
online is what it is, Its fun but i played elway vs elway 16 times last night, so i went and got aikman and played him against aikman 4 times, fun but kinda pointless.

Ok I see wear you're going with this but I think alot of people here are more interested in On field gameplay then features also I dont agree with your rating on replay value I think online is where the replay is at. A good example is Halo 2 Im sure not many people are playing the campain but there is over 30,000 people online at any given time and it's a 3 yr old game. I may pick up ncaa or madden if I get tired of all pro but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

I use Archie Manning, my D will dominate your QBs. Their is more than one quarterback in the game and each one plays differently. If you want to limit yourself to only golds, thats your limited minds fault, not the game. You also missed the fact you can have 8 premaid teams at a time, but your an EAfanboy so I understand you over looking these things.

Wouldn't your "review" of APF actually be a 5.6 out of 10 instead of a "2.8 out of 5.0?" How can you say "out of 5.0" when you give APF a gameplay score of 10? Your NCAA '08 score should actually be 8.3 out of 10. I know it's just percentage points, but still... Hey, to each his own, but I wasn't particulary impressed with the demo of NCAA '08 I played on my Xbox 360. The graphics are sweet, but the game seemed slower to me than NCAA '07. And until NCAA brings back "Create-A-School," it's just a rental to me. At least with APF I can create as many teams of legends as I want to play (and replay) season mode.

Ask yourself, do you or did you still play 2k5 online? If your answer is yes to either than you know that the replay value is a 5 out of 5 or a ten out of ten. I have never played a game for sooooo long. If online gaming with 2k5 gave me three years of play, I am pretty sure online play means a hell of a lot for replay value.
