Is there a tiger stripe type design for the helmets? Similar to the Cinci Bengals helmets. I really want to make a team with that style helmet, and would be jacked if it was in.

No. The only options you have on helments are with logo or without logo.

do you have the game?....cuz they got all kinds of stripes on mine they got a stripe that kinda looks like the bengals but it dosent cover the whole helmet.
