I was wondering what you guys are doing in picking your team. I am an Eagles fan so most of my star players played there . My team is the Americans because they play at Philly and have the eagle logo. The uniform is Eagle green because I felt like I was playing with the Patriots with the default color. This is cool because I kind of feel like I am playing with the Eagles but it has some drawbacks. I liked some other teams and stadiums but I chose to resemble my NFL team so can't go there. I guess I can always pick another team but then I am not playing with the Eagles. Are you all picking your team to resemble your NFL team or going with whatv you think is the coolest team?

I am just going for what I like. I am a Vikes fan but I am going with color schemes I think look cool together. Also I am looking at the logos and staying with what I like.

I do have Jim Marshall on my team. I just realized that I didn't see Cris Carter on the legends list in this game where is he? Oh well. I guess Jerry Rice will HAVE to do...LOL

i just pick whoever i can win with

im best with power RB's, so i get Earl Campbell
im best with pocket passing QB's, so i get Bart Starr
i like fast WR's, so i get Willie Gault
i like a good LB core so i get Mike Singltarry
i like a good CB so i get Willie Wood
i like hard hits, so i get Tatum
i need some pass rush so i get Manley
i need some star O-Lineman so i get Tony B
i want a LB who can cover so i get Van Pelt
i love Fridge so i get him
and i want another receiver so i get Rocket
so thats how i chose my team

how do you have more then 1 team? Sorry I havent played it enough I guess. I guess you need create multiple profiles huh. I just saw a sticky up there where you are able to create an almost identical look of most NFL teams through the uniform code , I havent tried it but if that all works then its great .

Just go to teams and create another one. I have four as well. I am trying silver QB's and such just to mix it up and figure out what works best for me. I am liking Marino though and he's gold so I might be stuck with a gold QB

its about versatility...dont pick one dimensional stars. For example I love picking Dikita. He is a good reciever, who helps block on the run and in the pass. The O-Line is important i notice...but once again versatility is the key. I think RB and QB are not all that important. A good O-L will make a mediocre QB and RB look good. Doesnt work so well the other way around.

On defense. I want a good ILB and a good coverage corner...this stops the big plays. But once again...if you want to emphasize Defense...do it on the line....dexter Manley is a great bronze level guy

I got Butkus, Bosworth, LC Greenwood, Clyde Simmons, Jim Marshall, Charlie Waters, and Solomon Wilcots on my defense. Most of those guys are silver and bronze aside from Butkus.

No as far as players go I my team is probably not that strong. My QB is Cunningham who is a good QB and reminds me of McNabb but my RB is Ricky Watters who is a good RB but not one of the best in the game. Like I said I picked as many Eagles as I could get but I didn't see any WRs ,well except for Irving Fryar but can't pick him as a silver star because I already have 3 Eagles there. I do have some good linemen that include Reggie White, The Fridge and others .
