I got burned by this play numerous times. I know I need to bump up my FS skills... but it usually ends up as Tatum losing the battle to Jerry Rice.

You can't stop em, you can Only hope to contain em -Dan Patrick
j'k There are plenty of ways to do it.
Put on your Coaches hat and think hard and you should come up with a few.

Double team their Legend WR or try not to bite on the fake and if you see that WR going deep, just try and beat him down the field to bat the ball down. Once you come up to much, the WR will already be behind you and you'll have no chance to make up the distance.

stay deep and knock that pass down.... maybe throw in a corner blitz too see if they get by the fake... same with blitzing some LB's up the middle... if you have a quality LB... he might get to the QB..... if he doesn't fall for the fake.

What if you just blitz everyone? And keep the safety back...

Or just manually blitz.. obvoiusly you know the QB will end up with it.. I'm sure you can get there in time.

I have had it run on me like 7 times, and not one was complete.
2 things. On the flea flicker, if he's hitting a short receiver over the middle, he was probably gonna hit that guy anyway.
And if he's hitting deep with Rice, what did you call? I keep my safeties back, almost always. If he cheats, he'd have sheated just as much on the Play Action..Also, try taking control of the corner or safety.
I think this years fleaflicker is the most realistic.
Watch your playcalls.

What about a zone defense? Most likely the cheeser will throw the ball to the top WR on his team, so you could run a zone and then dbl team him also.
I haven't dealt with it yet, so im just guessing.

Also, and this is gonna sound like a jerk, but my team has no defensive stars of anytype gold bronze or silver...so, there ya go.
