Anyone Else having this problem?? (online record)

i have played twice online now i won one and lost one. however my record still says 0-0-0...but it shows my 2 player ratings. what is going on with this? anyone else having the same thing happen to them?

This may sound silly, but are you playing in the ranked lobby, or the custom lobby, or playing friends by invitation? Only games in the ranked lobbies will show up, wins/losses in custom games or with friends are unranked and don't show up.
