PS I am going to be out of commision because my dvd drive took a dump on me. It will be 2 weeks minimum. Well back to 2K5 for now.

On the first link you can also look at the progression 2k made throughout the years. 2K5 and 2K3 had 5 100 scores. Sweeeet.

so your 360 went down. Are you sending back to Microsoft? If so, let me know how your call went with Microsoft? Did they pay for shipping and did they give you a turn around Time? Etc...

Yeah, the guy I spoke with didn't seem to have lots of knowledge but he gave me my order number and said a pre-paid box will arive at my home within 3-5 business days. So with that time frame I am guessing a day or so to fix and 3-5 days for the return. I am out for at least 2 weeks. It is free though.

Actually, my MS guy told me that units are being returned in 4-6 WEEKS because of the back log of "3 red rings" failures. normally it's 2-4 weeks for return, but they've been swamped lately.

i just bought one used and now it does not work. 3 red lights. I check the warranty and it says i have to have a valid purchase receipt from the store. I have been trying to contact MS but i am on hold for 30 mins. and I emailed them for answers.

Just stay on hold. I was on hold the same. Put your phone on speaker and chat online or something. When the guy finally came to the phone he acted surprise that I was still there. Good luck to you.

yeah those hold times are horrible, but that is your only choice really. Don't bother emailing them, you'll NEVER get a response. I haven't found one company yet that actally returns email or voice messages.

Just stay on the phone until you finally get someone. I just put it on speaker and lay on the bed and watch TV to pass the time, since it takes so long for them to answer.
