I am trying to get a tournament going that is created players of people we know (friends, family and such)
my brother has his team and I have my team setup so its halfway there
here is what i have comeup with for the tournament
please post any questions/suggestions
Tournament 4 teams
preliminary round
each team plays each opponent twice (once home - once away)
I created a schedule so there are no back to back games vs the same team
home team has choice of being home or away, jersey selection
this is because we use the 3/4 non predict cam and some like going up or down better so the home team gets to choose!
use LEAGUE settings on hall of fame level w/ continous OT
LEAGUE setting are the settings used when my brother and I play
basicly raised skills, fatigue & lowered recovery and game speed 12 min periods
win = 2 pts tie breakers head to head games - head to head goals
teams will be ranked 1-2-3-4 1-plays-4 2-plays-3
top seed has home ice for games 1,2,5,&7 (same as home team choice as above)
best of seven series
max # of games possible 20
min # of games possible 14
min roster 20 (12 F, 6 D, 2 G)
max roster 26 (15 F, 8D, 3 G) or similar
roster player ratings cap
up to 4 players with rating of 90 or higher
up to 10 players with ratings of 80-89
remaining players must be rated 79 or lower
