Sack Master = the ability of a DE/LB to sack a QB once he gets to him (i.e. a QB like Cunningham won't be able to use his QB evade)
Pass Rush Bonus = the ability of a DE/LB to actually get to the QB
If you had to choose 1 of the 2, Pass Rush Bonus is definitely the way to go as not may QBs are very good at evading sacks.
