PLEASEEE HELP!!

does anyone know what is wrong with my 360?? theres something really, really wrong with my 360 reading discs. it just cant read anyone of my games. whenever i put in my game it just goes right to the dashboard and acts like theres no game in the system. It just says OPEN TRAY. is this something i cannot fix and i have to send in my 360 for a fix? please help. any sort of answers will be apprecited. thanks

I am not sure if I can help but I have my 360 set up to go to the dashboard when I turn it on with a disc in or not. Check your dashboard settings.
