We played earlier tonight and I lost the game in the final seconds when my holder fumbled the snap. Well, I didnt get so unlucky this time. I picked him off 3 times and recovered a fumble. Wow... I feel like I just won the Super Bowl. I've always wanted to beat the #1 in an online sports game. Now its a reality... damn.....

BenRichardSON, if you read these forums, GREAT games tonight man. You are a great player. This guy is not cheesy AT ALL. He plays a great, straight up sim match (more like a chess match), and is a real good guy to boot. I hope to play him many more times... he's the kind of guy that makes games like this great.

Congrats...I guess. I beat top 100 people all the time. Me and RunAndShoot play too. He beat me one game when he was 5, and I beat him when he was 5, then last night I beat him (on my last drive) while he's ranked 8. He plays legit, on the contrary what other people say about him. I also beat #10 a couple days ago...lost to #16, beat some #20th person and yesterday #70 something. I lose to people too, it's no biggie. I have yet to get shut out though (close...but I got a safety). I like to have close games in the end because that's when I play good football, me and Rodger the Dodger.

I can't play him though because our framrate or something isn't compatible.

Yeah I could not agree more.I do know that some of the top guys are SIM players but I gave up on ranked games in any video game sports since the 2k5 days with either people pausing,disconnecting,going for it on fourth down every single drive or using no huddle offense every time too.For some reason ranked games either is sports,halo,GOW or any game brings the worst out on some gamers.In my case I do not even know why some people will do this against me I'm not even that good plus I play all sim too =(

you mean Ben Glitcherson? i remember a while back probably on some EA boards a lot of people were saying that this guy glitched a lot, and someone even started calling him Ben Glitcherson.

I never played the guy myself so I don't know how he plays, I just found it funny that they would call him Glitcherson. :D

How do you downloads someone VIP?


First you click on leaderboards...then find the player you are looking for or simply select somebody...then it will ask you if you want to see their XBOX Live profile or 2k gamer profile..select 2k gamer profile...when it takes you to next screen and shows a selection for different things, push Right on your right thumb stick..this will open up a screen..select 'VIP'...then hit the green 'a' button to download VIP...you can play against any VIP, including your own in 'exhibition' mode...GREAT FUN!!!...eventually I will release a slider set for playing against VIP, although I don't think it will need as much tweaking as NFL2k5 did for that.

Only 3 of the top 10 guys that I know are sim. BenrichardSON, RunandShoot and Number1killah. The rest of the guys are pretty much in the high 70s and below feedback wise so I will just not play those guys. Congrats on the big win.

RunandShoot is a freezer. He may play sim i dont know because ive never played him but i never will because he freezes games when he losses.

is it like boxing...if you beat number 1, and you're ranked 10,000 do you skoot up the list? is ranking solely based on win and loss? if so I would never make it that high because4 I barely play online.

I think it goes by the opponents rank also. The more better the opponent you beat the higher you move up. I think. dont get me to lie as it was never explained. I never got freezed by him(R&S) but I have had high rank guys pull the plug when losing. Twyst X is a Plug Puller he pulled after an intercept in the 4th and I was up by 3:(

No he paused went into the menu real fast and went to the replay menu and the countdown started. I dont know what he did but it was real suspect. I got a drop and he got the win. I sent a msg to ask him why and told just told me the pick was bullcrap and enjoy the drop and blocked my communications afterward. I played sim the whole way. He was ranked 2 at the time. I guess he didnt want to lose to a 4000 ranked player.
