What does the small football behind your controller and name mean when choosing your team? It reads ____________ Passing... It happens when you click the left stick in... The fact that your name and a 360 controller is stacked with it doesn't help its read-ability. I've wanted to know this since I got the game. TIA

You can lead your passes more but it takes a little more skill so you aren't overthrowing all your passes. But it does seem toned down compared to 2K5.
BTW it's MAXIMUM passing

It's maximum passing. IF you push forward on the left thumbstick when you throw a pass it will throw it high, if you hit it low it will throw the ball low, if you push it to the right it will lead the receiver, if you push it to the left it will throw the ball behind the reciever, or vice versa depending on which direction the receiver is going.
