Looking for a draft league

My gamertag is birdfry, my record is 41-21, i have one quit and a drop (quit out of frustration when i was down 27-0 in the 3rd and Earl Campbell caught a lob bomb, and the drop is a mystery to me).
So far i have played just random rank games, I have put up with hurry up offenses, knuckle heads who go for it deep in their own end of the field early in the game, and the flea flicker (which does not work against me) 20 times a game people. Not once have i pulled the plug on them. I just except that some people play a unrealistic style but hey you bought it do what you want.
anyway i am hoping to find a league. preferably one with older people (i am 41) and that requires a mic to be used.

our league can use people like you. I think we need 2 more. Ill ask my buddy. Our league is a 10 player league, all of them are 'sim' players. ill get back at you soon

i would like to get in this league too. my gt is Ra HoKodesh and my record online is 27-22-9( only because my younger brother played online when i told him not to and his record is 0-8-9 so im actually 27-14.) i would love to join a league and im online everyday religiously looking for a league to join where i can play some real football. hook a brother up please and lets play some football!!!

winning is not everything its the only thing but great sportsmanship goes a long way.
