Yo, this is what I'm tired of in this game!!!! The game is unbelievable addictive and I love it however, some ppl online is what ruins the game for me, for example...
THE PEOPLE WHO THROW IT 100 Yards TO O.J. SIMPSON ON A OUT ROUTE AND SCORES EVERY SINGLE OFFENSIVE POSSESSION! :thumbsdow
Ppl that use Flea Flicker w/ Montana, Marino, Young to Rice, and scores all the time:thumbsdow
Ppl that abuse exploits (nerd terminology "cheesers"):thumbsdow
Ppl that abuse exploits and I find a way to stop it and they rate me "Negative" for me winning
Ppl that give you negative feedback because you play real football...(burning the clock, running the ball, scrambling with a good scrambling qb...etc):thumbsdow
Ppl that quit because they are down one score with 30 seconds left.:thumbsdow
You know who you are!! Change your ways or go buy Blitz: The League if you like arcade football. I really do try to play it real football but it's hard to when you got idiots that like to spoil ya fun. The negative feedback thing is killin me too, I alwayz rate honestly...BUT NOOO some ppl want to get upset when they lose and give me a poor sportmanship because i won! RIDICULOUS!!
Ok, I have vented, anyone else have this problem? Please share.

Me and you should play sometime add me (The Zedox). I ain't like dat :). I know what you mean, there are ways to stop all of those things (besides feedback) but it's hard to defend them every play.
Oh and this game is ridiculously addicting. I mean, I can't wait to go home just to play the game, when I'm at work (which I am at right now), or anywhere. I even have a friend who is 37 years old who is addicted, both of us are like...we can't believe how addicting this game is.

I don't play online but it seems that there should be a way of finding 'sim' ballers online. I would think finding a respectable league would be the best way to go.

If you want to stop the juice on his screens and outs, typically someone who runs the screen will run it from a specific formation. I personally have about 7 different formations I run the screen/HB out from, but one is particularly more effective than the others. I'm sure your opponents are the same way. Pay attention to his formations when you see the screen. The best possible way to stop this is to change your shell when you line up and see the formation.
Run a cover 3 weak shell to stop the weak side screen/out. And go with a cover 1 shell for strong side. If you have good safeties (safeties and corners are the best defensive players in this game) you'll be all over his a.ss before he can even put his hands on the ball.
I suggest using the shells instead of running a cover 3 weak/strong or cover 1 from the get-go so you don't get burned. Key zones are good for this, signal stealer is your friend <3 and mix coverages are great as well (I like cover 2 zone man corners, it eats up plays on the flats).

So I should invest more in safeties and corners instead of OLB or ILB ?
Safeties and corners are the most important defensive players on passing plays, but on running plays I can assume that OLB/ILB are the key players or am I wrong ?

The only thing I don't agree with you on is the "burning the clock" thing. I hate when people grind it out and don't give you a chance to get back into the game. On the other hand I also don't want people to feel I'm trying to run the score up on someone if I run my regular offense. If it was 15 minute quarters, I'd be totally cool with it but it's not.
I just posted a poll a few minutes ago regarding this subject as I'm interested if anyone else sees it the same as I do.
