there's no other way but to take pictures of your tv using your digital camera...
if there's any other way...let's see the genius who knows and post it here coz i would also love to know

Eye guy, your posts, in general, could not be more useless.
The professional way (that sites like IGN use) is to connect your console to your TV to your computer. Getting screenshots and videos are both done by this method. You can go to Youtube.com and search how to capture video from your console, and you'll see how.
I just take pictures of my TV.
