To make these, get photoshop (any kind will do). You can always go to adobe.com and download the free trial. Download the College Hoops template (you can find it on the operationsports forums). Find a picture you want to use. Open the template with photoshop, and copy and paste the picture into photoshop. Erase the backround or anything else you want to, save, and print!

That's the quick and easy way, once you do it more and more you can get more advanced options.

And to make the picture cleanly erased, zoom in on a spot and use the erase tool, and then the smudge tool to smoothen it out.
