TECH SUPPORT PLEASE!

I bought this game friday and I have yet to be able to log into 2k sports online. I've never had any trouble playing any other games on my xbox 360 since i've had it and i can play quick matches in apf 2k8. It will not sign into 2k sports online so I can't join any leagues. My network settings are all good, my nat setting is open, and i do not have my 360 behind a firewall. Can someone give me some ideas.

Reboot your 360 and sign into xbox live before you put the game disc in?

Thanks again for responding but no my account is up to date. I buy the yearly subscription and have since I bought my original Xbox roughly 5 years ago but thanks for the idea. I'm really hoping someone from 2k will finally respond to me either here or through email since I've tried that route too.

Can you sign into 2k sports on any other 2k sports games?

Don't know if this will work for 2k, but when I couldn't connect to EA sports online when I had 07, they told me to sign off of live, set my clock to it's earliest setting, and then sign into live, and it worked. Apparently it aligns the system back. Hope this helps!

I don't have any other 2k games sneaktip. Vicious 776 thanks for the idea but it didn't work either. I had my fingers crossed though.

delete all your save file for the game cuz they might be corrupted or just take it back to the store you bought it from and exchange it for another one.
