ok, i've finished my first season (played on Rookie) and won the championship. pretty cool. excellent gameplay and replays. good seasonal stats tracking, too. they give out awards when regular season ends.
going to start a new season now with a whole new roster.
but....i really wish i was better at playing online. seems i pretty much suck at playing the human race in general (and i'm the guy who broke the 2 controllers last week out of pure anger). so no offline for me at this point.
i can see doing Season mode will get boring after a couple/three seasons, though. i'll just HAVE TO figure out online play someday.
anyone else in this situation where it's Season only??

Try playing offline on a level harder than Rookie. Online is played on All Pro and that changes the whole game.

To get use to the feel, trying playing unranked online matches... or go to practice mode where you can learn anything you want...

Yeah, play some unranked games or games in the Beginner lobby to get used to how people play. Playing CPU and Human is like night and day.

I don't think whether you play in "rookie" or "All-pro" is the issue here.
The issue is that you really need to learn about what's important in life. Winning online football games does not count as important. Learn how to live life in a Zen/peaceful state of mind. You'll save lots of money on controllers, and.... as a side benefit, your blood pressure will go down and you'll live longer.
Just some helpful advice there, buddy. Have fun.
