Disk issues?

Is anyone else having issues with their disk not being read? About half the time when I put the game disk in my Xbox 360 the drive can't read it. It either doesn't detect it's in there, or it spins and is seen as a DVD.

I need to repeatedly remove and put it back in to get the game to start.

I've tried all my other games and this does not happen, so it is only All-Pro Football.

if you had a ps3 you'd get a response like this:

since you have a 360 you'll get this instead

I haven' had that issue. But when I'm playing my brother offline, our game always freezes midway through the 3rd quarter. I'm thinking about taking my disc back (I hope they take it back and give me a new one). I can play season games fine. I can play online all day if I wanted. But each time I play my brother, it ALWAYS freezes, and it gets really annoying because we always have good games...i'm hoping it is the disc and that I can get it replaced

Actually, you should always clean your disk before you play your game. I find that it helps stop games freezing.

I had it one tyme....did what it told me to do.....get a tissue clean it off....havent had a problem since....*knock on wood*

I had that problem about 5 times and it says please put this disc into a xbox 360. I have seen it when 2K8 is in my 360 and is shows DVD and not APF 2K8. I am sure they will update a patch in the next month hopefully.

This is the same exact issue I'm having and that's what I'm hoping, that some sort of update will take care of it.

The disk is perfectly clean and wiping it down with CD cleaner doesn't seem to help, especially since I've tended to leave the disk in since it's the only game I'm playing right now.

i had to replace my first copy, would freeze when trying to play and the logos wouldnt load up.
