Sales of APF2K8 will jump way up after Madden comes out

Madden is the same game as last year from what I've seen from the gameplay video I saw last week. They need to sell over 1,000,000 copies to cover their nut (NFL Take).

Sales will likely not jump. Most people will not be willing (or able) to buy 2 football games. Given the choice, most will buy the game backed by the NFL.

2K needs to refine their game and release the next installment the week before or the week after the Superbowl. They will never succeed in direct competion with Madden.

hes not an idiot . i wouldnt say that the sales would jump 10 fold but there a lot of people that are holding out on apf until they see how madden is . and thats a fact . if these people are disappointed in madden [ more likely than not ] apf will have a slight increase in sales .

If 2K lower their price for APF and hype balloon for Madden gets a pin poked in it some people may pick up APF. You always have someone tired of getting screwed year after year by EA.
