I have a quick question; will we be able to make subs for the set teams? For example I like to switch between a 3-4 and 4-3, almost like the Dolphins how they will play Jason Taylor at DE for the 43 then move him to OLB for the 34. Assuming you guys make a 3-4 based team. I hope so :)

Tourny admin, how are we supposed to stop some of these passing teams with 2WRs and a gold TE when even the most pass D heavy balanced teams have at most 2 cbs and no safetys. It seems as though you want no one to play defense and this will simply be shootout type tourny. If you're going to offer offense heavy team, you need to offer defense heavy teams.

EDIT: Actually there is not even a single team with two cornerbacks. There are however 10+ teams with two or more receivers. I mean wtf.

You can use whatever team you want to qualify, but once the tournament actually starts(256players) then you have to pick one of these teams.

The 256 qualified people have to choose one of these rosters for the playoff portion. Theoretically, all 256 people can play as the same roster.

The rosters were released early so you could begin to adjust your game and become a stronger player.

There is no way we could release rosters that would make everybody happy in the tournament. As a result, we will have to stand by the rosters that were released yesterday.

Become a stronger player?

Most players cannot shut down a silver wide receiver with some no name CB.

The majority of teams online have a focus on defense. I dont see a single "balanced" team that would stand a chance versus the majority of the passing teams.

Thats what my complaint is too. They completely screwed any defense oriented player.

dag dude, relax and have fun with it. I haven't looked through all the teams yet, but it seems like your defensive scheme is going to be vital in stopping those offensive driven teams. I'm fine with that.

You must become a "stronger" player. Strengthen your will so that you don't care how many points you give up. Gold corers cannot cover Silver WRs anyway so what is the difference. Truly most online teams have at least 6 defensive players. Lem Barney, Terry McDaniel, Eugene Robinson are staples on almost every team, But maybe this will be good. At least it will be some variety.

Teams are not that bad I played with a few of them offline I was able to dominate the AI looking forward to going online and see how they stack against online players and teams. I enjoy using drafted players in positions I normally would not use a draft pick on in some cases using certain players for the 1st time it has all been fun.
