So my ILB Jack Lambert has a 2nd Level Bull Rush charge. How do I activate that? I attempted to use it by charging him up and then tapping A? To my eyes I got nothing out of that and am interested if any further advice is out there as to getting that bad guy to trigger.

You have to be engaged with an O-lineman to use it. Then just push a and rush towards the guy. I have found the Fridges bull rush to be great on passes, but bad on runs. He basically tackles the center. On passes this lets blitzers through; on runs it opens up a huge hole for the RB.
