can anyone explain to me what it means when you send a challenge and it instantly comes up declined because of versions or framerate being different? Also, why is there so many problems just sending a challenge? seems like 4 of every 5 are version & framerate problems or unable to start game check faq. Then you go to faq and theres nothing there.
