Question #1 Can Joe Perry (GOLD FB) Catch and Block in addition to his insane running ability?

Question #2 How do you use the Shoulder Charge? Or Power Backs in General.
It seems that if I hit the hole with a power back that he should be able to send a guy or two flying on contact. I always seem to get put on my *** no matter who I use. For instance, I was using Means, and he hardly knocked anyone over. Or I was using Hodge, and the same thing.

Is there some timing thing for when to hit Shoulder Charge, or Stiff Arm - Ect? If so, when?
Or do only the guys listed as "power" have the ability to run people over like that?
I can't even seem to knock people over with Battering Ram Guys : /

It is all about timing just like jukes are. Use the L1 (stiff arm) if the guy is left of you, use the r1 (stiff arm) if he is right of you and use the triangle for everyone who is infront of you for the shoulder charge. You will see a big differnce from CHARGED power move to uncharged and allot of time of quick hit fh dives you dont have time to charge them full making it VERY easy to stand them up for little to no gain.

I prefer power backs but you have to be able to:
#1 read you blocks quickly
#2 play to their strengths (ei arm of steel, battering ram, or both "power")
#3 dont try and speed burst much unless you know you can get there because your much better off holding X down instead and keep him charged and ready for that first defender and then execute a fully charged power move and if shoudl break the tackle about half the time at least.
#4 practice, practice, practice
#5 dont think that just because in real life the player runs with power that the 2k8 version can too (ei Merril Hodge will not break tackles like Emmitt Smith can even though he is actually may be stronger)
