Here is what I know so far about the layout of controller on 360 (From preview on 2khockey.net)
LB - Pass plus use for Superstar Moves
RB - Wrist Shot
Left Stick - Player Movement
Right Stick - Prostick (360 degree Deking, Faceoffs, Pokecheck)
Left Trigger - Modifier (Pull to charge for Slapshot an other functions)
A, B, X, Y - Use to do Superstar Moves
Superstar Moves (Disabled by default in online play)- Hold LB an press 2 of the face buttons (A, B, X, Y) in sequence to do them.
Slapshots - Pull left triggger to charge an hit RB to shot
