low scoring games are more fun

i really dont play to score a lot of points.. every once in a while ill try something different from my gameplan and throw a couple INT's.. truth be told.. im not as good once the game is not going my way.. im not a comeback type of guy.

i had a game right now the dude was up 7-3 i was playing conservative ball.. i even punted on 4th and 1.. finally i get the ball back with like 2 minuts.. it was either score or lose.. i found the game a lot more fun like that

i dont know.. just me.

if you like throwing deep a lot.. cool. seriously nothing against you. just wondering if anybody else enjoys tough D games with low scores

I can score aalmost every time on all-pro

I do I normally only allow 1-2 TD's a game even wen i lose its normally by 3-7 points.

It's much more fun. I personally love to have games come down to game winning kicks or plays. So exciting and the action never stops in this game.

Yeah I'll have to agree here also. Low scoring games really bring the coach out in people. You really have to think ahead a bit at what you want to do. Do you really want to try to complete a long one*** EDIT: POSSIBLY GIVING AWAY GAME STRATEGY*** on? That's what I'm talking about right there. LOL, But yeah strategy games always seem more worthwhile than just straight no-defense high scoring games. Not saying high scoring is wrong but it can't be the only type of games.

Well the only thing about this is......it fully depends on who you are vs.


If the person you are playing sucks....pretty much no matter what you do the game will not be a low scoring game. Unless you want to dumb yourself down to play on their level.....which I think is pointless.

To me the pursit of beating the best is what makes the game fun. Try vs some very high ranked guys and you will get some better games.

I am ranked 120- or something and I always play people top 150 and I have had some really good games because both of us know how to play really good defense.



Or I might be reading what you are saying wrong.....to you truely like low scoring games or do you just want competitive games?

i tried a game in legend room , only difference is the kicker arrow moves on extra points and fg, other then that if seemed just the same, scored just as often and gave up the same..
