More and more people complain how Campbell is hard to stop and there are a few that say it can be done. Well prove it. Post a video of yourself playing an online game against an opponent who has him and show your fellow gamers how it's done. I played with three opponents who had Campbell and two of the did dominate the game with him. The other guy just didn't know how to use him I guess. I know there are good players on here that have the skills to shut him down but some of you are suspect. Post a vid or link showing your stick skills.

Campbell possessed a rare combination of speed and power, and was a prolific running back from 1978 through 1985. His outstanding single-season performance in 1979 earned him all-pro, Pro Bowl, and NFL Offensive Player of the Year honors. It was also the second of three consecutive seasons in which he led the league in rushing. Only Jim Brown had previously accomplished that feat. Campbell led the NFL in rushing in 1978, 1979, and 1980. He played in five Pro Bowls and finished his career with 9,407 yards and 74 touchdowns rushing along with 806 yards on 121 receptions. In 1980, Campbell's best year in the NFL, he ran for 1,934 yards including four 200-yard rushing games, including a personal best 206 yards against the Chicago Bears. Despite playing against stacked defenses and being gang-tackled nearly every time he carried the ball (a then-record 373 times), Campbell managed to average 5.2 yards per carry and scored 13 rushing touchdowns in 1980 alone. the monster is back on the attack....lol

Check my VIP, I give up 67 yards rushing a game. While I get 116 a game.

Better yet, how about people posting the gamertags of people who owned them with Campbell and others. That way the people who say they can stop the run can play those guys.

Earl can be stopped if you are playing someone who is balanced offensively and somewhat predictable about when they are going to run vs. when they are going to pass. If you play some cheeser who decides to run the ball every single play with him then he cannot be stopped because he can always get 3 or 4 yards per play. To make matters worse, people who use him usually only get 1 or 2 other offensive players because Earl is so overpowering and therefore you are staring at 8 legends on D when you go on offense.

I thought he was stoppable too, and he is when you play average players, but someone who has found 3 or 4 runs for him, you cannot stop him. That is all there is to it.
