Stadium attendance and online record

Can anyone confirm that if you have a losing record online and play home games that you see more empty seats at your stadium? I can't really tell as I'm in the heat of the game but I'm watching a friend of mine play another friend of ours in the neighborhood online and he has a losing record and I notice quite a few empty seats. What I'll do is take note when they play at the other stadium which would be then reflecting my winning record. If this is true then that's pretty cool. I also wonder how bad a record have to be for noticeably empty seats.
