I am having a problem when I try to save anything. The message it tells me is that I do not have enough memory on my memory stick pro duo. The thing is that I do. I have saved my other game with no problem. But I can not save MLB 2K7. Does anyone else have this problem? Or can it be fixed?

Hi there,

I'm experiencing the same problem if I try to any of the various saves within the game. You wouldn't happen to have a Sony 4Gb Memory Duo stick as well would you?

I've even tried reformatting my stick using the format feature built into the PSP, but no dice.

Sony Firmware Version: 3.52
Memory Stick Size: 4Gb

I noticed that in Windows it's detected as FAT32 file system with no option to format it as FAT.

Could anyone please shed some light on the problem?

Regards

Dale

I think I might have found a workaround...

Before attempting to save the game I had 3.6Gb of free space on the memory stick.

I had a few movies that I wanted to copy over to the PSP, so proceeded to do so. When done copying I was left with 1.8Gb of free space.

Here's the wierd part. I was then able to use ANY of the save functions in the game.

After creating the profile I deleted the extra movies I had copied across. The game happily loaded the profile, but the minute I deleted that profile (hence forcing it back to 3.6Gb free), I couldn't create and save another profile.

In short, copy enough content onto the memory stick to bring it under 2Gb free. You can then save your game and use that saved profile in future.

Cheers
