I use Noll-ILB & Wisniewski-G on several teams. That's their only ability. Both seem to play well. I also made (on most recent team) a TE with leadership as one of his ability. Coupled with Wisniewski on run plays. They seem to open up holes for the runner.

i have lewis and he has leadership and i swear my 3rd cb and Safety play amazing i have so many games where my safety gets atleast 1 int or sometimes 2, i think the leadership really helps, even my Generic WR make catches that leave me in awe, i have ken stabler with leadership, but im guessing thats whats making them play a level above what they should be.

You're gonna need it on the d-line if you're going against John Elway or another QB that has the cadence ability.

Depends. It is generally a good idea to have a QB/D lineman with leadership

I have only used it with the O-line/d-line, because it can make the generics slightly better

I created an ALL LEADERSHIP TEAM that I think kicks butt proper. Everyone on the team plays well beyond what you would expect. The Generic players in particular put great work in. Seven leaders are on Offense, the other four are on Defense. Three are on the Offensive line. Does the attribute "stack", adding influences from all of the Leaders on both sides of the ball? Perhaps. I can't really tell for certain, but I know the team works REAL good all around. I may do a different version of the team that is weighted toward Defensive Leaders though.

PS Thinking of doing a team full of Speed Burners & Route Gods too...

Kind of similar how I use both Lloyd and Noll both with leadership in 3-4 system.

I have Lewis as well, and my CBs play very well, and intercept a lot of balls instead of knocking them down or completely dropping it.
