This is a repost from another thread, that should have been posted in this forum from the start.
You have to pick a pre-made team for the 2k tournament if you make it pas the qualifying round. There are three types of teams: Passing, Running, and Balanced.

I have studied the teams and they all seem to be a little weak on the coverage side, which leads me to believe a passing team is going to tear through almost any team they have provided. I created several of them, and they all have a weakness. The balanced teams are far from balanced. Most are heavy on offense, but with Silver/Bronze, not gold players. Heavy in the sense of anywhere from 8-3 or 7-4 (offensive players / defensive players). Not to mention that many of the teams actually have a Field Goal kicker on them! What a waste...
I bet 50% of the players pick the Earl Campbell team or the Rice/Young team.
Which one would you pick and why?
Balanced Teams Defensive Breakdown
5 Defensive Star Players - 1 team
4 Defensive Star Players - 6 teams
3 Defensive Star Players - 3 teams
Passing Teams Defensive Breakdown
5 Defensive Star Players - 4 teams
4 Defensive Star Players - 5 teams
3 Defensive Star Players - 1 teams
Running Teams Defensive Breakdown
5 Defensive Star Players - 2 teams

Honestly though... who in the world wastes a point on a kicker or a punter??? There are 7 teams that have a kicker or a punter on them.
