5. Check-In
On Thursday, September 6, 2007, ALL registered entrants need to go to the website and check-in. Entrants have until 11:59pm Eastern Time on Thursday, September 6, 2007, to check-in. Any players failing to check-in will not be placed into the online Tournament Playoffs

Let's say you check in and you're in the 250's. You play a game and lose. Does the check in keep you in?

The check in and qualification are not related. Qualifying does not end until tomorrow at midnight.

If you do not check in and you are in the top 256, you will not get a spot in the playoffs.

Thats not midnight retard. Midnight is 12:00 O'clock AM. That would be after 11:59 tonight. Unless he had a typo...?
