Hello Hockey Gamers,
After 8 successful seasons spanning the NHL Hitz and NHL 2K series and the Playstation 2 and XBOX 360 video game consoles, Total Action Hockey returns for the 2007-2008 season !!
We are very excited for this years upcoming season as it will be the first time Total Action Hockey goes cross-platform and cross-game. Yes, we are offering leagues for both Playstation 3 and XBOX 360 and for both NHL 08 and NHL 2K8. All together we will be offering the following leagues:
1 NHL 08 for XBOX 360 (NHL League)
2 NHL 2K8 for XBOX 360
3 NHL 2K8 for Playstation 3
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Total Action Hockey, we run simulation style online hockey leagues and provide an experience that includes custom schedules, an official league website independent of the what 2K Sports and EA Sport offer, an online database that tracks owner, league and player statistics and we will be hosting video highlights as well bi-weekly podcasts covering all the news and action in and around all of our Total Action Hockey Leagues. We provide the COMPLETE package for the Simulation Hockey Fan looking for an online league to compete in. We are not simply a league, but a community of hockey gamers.
Managed primarily by Langille and TenaciousDMAN (League of Honor, All Canadian Hockey League, North American Elite League), with further league support from Islesfan (NHL Extreme), S0nic RISING (NHL Extreme) and Zeromous (Total Action Hockey League) we are a highly experienced and organized group and are looking for a devoted group of 30 owners for each league. To apply to one of our leagues, simply visit www.totalactionhockey.com and click APPLY to fill out our online application. If you meet our criteria you will be contacted to schedule a 1-2 game tryout session. We plan to kick-off our leagues in late September once we gather the appropriate group of owners and when the first significant roster update is released.
