Do we have to play at the appointed time? Can we play earlier if our opponent agrees, just wondering 4pm on a Sat is very hard to do, I mean I can play all night tonight but wondering let me know either way!!!!

Just going by experience in the last tourney. If your opponent doesnt agree to change the time then you are SOL. So you better get in touch with him/her.

Yes, you can definitely play the game earlier but your opponent does not have to agree to a time change.
