How to change the playbook

Sorry for the noob question, but can someone please explain how to change the playbook and substitutions? Much appreciated.

I've never done anything with tournaments or leagues, so this is all new to me.

Just beware in my experience anytime I have changed something online for my team. It has corrupted my roster file and I have had to recreate my teams. This has happened to me twice already. my solutioon copy your roster file to a memory card.
