How can I add more than just 3 skills set like the default gold player?

No, you get...

3 for Gold created players
2 for Silver
1 for Bronze

The only way to get more for Gold, is to complete 1000 out of 1000 achievements. Then you get 5 abilities for Gold. But Silver/Bronze stay the same.

Someone else could answer you better about the achievements. I personally don't even care.

If you get all 50 acheivements, then you can create a gold with 5 abilities of your choice. But I wont play you because I dont play anyone with caps

im not a hater, i dont like them and i dont dislike them, like i dont care about the jets or browns or cardinals. the colts are one of those teams to me, yeah the pats are a big bandwagon team and this year so are the colts, everyone uses them in madden
