Online League + Franchise League (2 League Prizes)

Hey everyone,

I will be running two different types of leagues for NBA 2K8 when the game releases. To quickly explain, one will be a League using 2K Sports League website and the other will be an Association/Franchise League using the Association Mode in 2K8. The Champion of each League will receive an X-Box 360 title of their choice. We will only allow active, Sim gamers and players that respect their opponents. If you can do this, you can participate in the League. More info will be below...

Online League:

Season Length: 32 Games
QTR Length: 6/7 Minutes
Difficulty: SuperStar (may change)
Flex Schedule: Yes
Trades/Injuries: Yes
Draft League: No

Association/Franchise League:

We will be completing an entire season using the Association Mode playing all 82 games, I hope to have all teams filled up by users. You will have full power over the team you own and act as its General Manager. So you will have the opportunity to control your favorite team in hopes to advance to the Finals. After the first season, we will do the NBA Draft and allow owners to scout prospects, Free Agency and everything else you can possibly do as the owner!

Additional Info:

Besides each League offering a X-Box 360 video game to the Champion, both Leagues will offer more to the players as the season goes on. Each League will have a lot of content about each owner's team and the owner. The reason for that is to keep interest of all the players that are participating. Besides prizes, what else is better than constantly reading about yourself!

I am doing this because I want to stay away from the Lobbies and I know many others feel the same way. The lobbies are filled with many gamers who try to abuse or exploit certain parts of the game to win. Let alone not finish the game, disconnect, leave negative feedback for no reason... There are too many in the lobbies for me that care too much about where they rank on the leaderboard.

How to Sign Up:

You may sign up by simply posting your Gamertag. I will ask you to please pay attention to these Forums as well as your PMs here so I can easily stay in contact with you for the next few weeks. I would like this to get started shortly after the game releases.

Both those teams are actually available. We only needed one more person to join because I have yet to select my team. So it's up to you. The League will get started shortly after the game is released. We will allow a few days for everyone to get signed up and then get going. So my guess around Oct. 10th.

You need to leave the league and sign back up with the Suns. That is who you signed up to the league with on the Forums. I can't allow you to take another team unless macka wants to switch.
