Considering the game had everything go against me from fumbling a kick return, to being penalized every other 15+ yard gain, and winning despite that. I'll give myself a ranking of #62. The sad thing is that you shouldn't even have to discuss who the top 25 players are in the game. The ladder rankings should SHOW who is the top 25. Unfortunately, they pretty much just show the top 25 who play the most.

I'll just leave the next unofficial top 10-25 list post for someone else to try and figure out. College football rankings inspired me on this one. Usually you'd see someone with a good ranking but 3 over 500.. Anyway, i'd consider myself in the top 25 since i usually score over 21 points a game with 7 people on defense. But that's just me :). (Yes I owned BenRichardSON, 31-7.. He doesn't play very many people but I got him to play me at 4:00 in the morning a while ago, he sucks. Don't know why he's #1 but someone's gotta take the spot)

I asked him a few times he always said "not now i'm busy but another time i'll be ready" Then I got halo 3 so i haven't been on in a while. There's this one guy on my friends list who is ranked low since he doesn't play much but man he beat my ***. He had 1 person on offense and it was a QB and he scored 21 points on me. I scored 7. He never cheesed too. I have to say since I beat the majority of the big name players on 2k and he beat me pretty bad, he deserves a spot on there.

Sorry bro, but running 75% of the time with OJ isn't a "good sim player". The only thing i can say about NJake is that his defense was fair. See, this is my way of looking at it. Your defensive players will hold their own on the pass, but against the run it's much more difficult. If you can't pass in APF, you aren't good. NJake doesn't pass alot at all... If you played him, you'd realize the truth aswell.

It is the team unity glitch that I have been using. Brownster caught me trying to do it to him as well but, I think it was late in the 4th qtr before he was able to counter it. <<<< j/k

But, truthfully our past few games have been very close. I think you even had a fumble towards the end of the game in our last meeting that really helped me out. I just seem to get all the breaks when we play.

Honestly though you are one of the toughest I have faced, just like alot of the others listed on here. But, I think it is impossible to say that out of the top 25 that one is better than the other because, alot of depends on how your team matches up against the others and/or if that particular guy may have had a bad game and sometimes there are certain games that you get all the bad breaks.

Anyways, "Tbone" you are definitely in the upper echelon.

i've been playing well lately, but u shut me down the other night with those 3 corner backs, i havnt dealt with a lineup like that in the post Jerry Rice era of my team, i think we are 2-2 against each other now with 2 blow outs on both ends, and 2 tight games in the middle, we'll play again soon, just depends on if i go go out and get nba 2k8

Right now I have Boffa rated a little higher than him but Knowlegist holds his own for sure. As for me I am ranked between 84-94 overall on the 2k leader board and that is good enough for me.

I think Im the most underrated player here. hehehe. Just wanted to post in this thread. On any given sunday my friends. I think any good player can beat anybody on a given game. I havent played anybody that I didnt have a chance to beat. I dont know if theres a best player on the game. But I find it funny how everyone thinks they are top 25. There are a bunch of good players that dont even post here. Some of the best players I have played have been from somewhere else. But hey whatever makes your day.

I take nothing away from Knowlegist. He is a good runner and a better defender. I am like 1-5 against him. Plus he is one of the coolest people I have met on this game in a while. Doesn't take it or himself too seriously. I give Boffa the nod because I have never beaten him. (0-5) They both are very good players. I know they have played each other and had good games. Not sure who is up and I really don't care because I want to beat both of them, bad! LOL! But that is my goal to accomplish.
