APF 2k8 is a great game and I hope to see some download content soon, and I also hope you continue to put out new football game each year. And that's from a 47 year old gamer.

I just started playing 2k8. At first I thought the lack of NFL teams would hurt it too much. But It combines some of the best parts of Fantasy Football, Old School/Legendary Players, and real football gameplay. Building complety different teams, and making them all mine. When it's the 4th quarter and 3rd and long down by three at your own 40 with under a minute left to play, do you realy care that you aren't the Pats or Niners?

Unfortunately I am no longer in that league. I played 4 games and two of the 4 opponents were not what I would call sim. One manually moved the defensive end to the middle of the line, and the other ran backwards 20+ yards with his QB until my AI defenders dropped off in coverage so he could complete his passes. Cheese, and I just won't put up with it.

I am in two other total sim leagues with all great players who play the game the way the pros play on Sunday, I just don't have time to waste on un-sim players.

I think APF could make a team with all generics but with the same ability list as the legends have. Because I am only 16, and I dont remember any of the players on my team. Its weird, because I wouldnt have even got this game it it werent for the legends. But now that I realized how awesome this game is, I wouldnt care if the players are real or not.

I couldn't agree more. I have played alot of graphic football games over the years and this is one of the better ones. It plays so realistically, and it looks real in motion.

Madden games I would always have about 300+ yards passing easily, but in 2k8 it feels like an accomplishment. While I find the graphics in Madden nice the players don't move realistically to me.

My main complaint I have with the game is that legends appear multiple times. When I make my team I would like the others not to have the same players. I know everyone has mentioned franchise which I agree with but since there are legends that would make it difficult. I love the game of football so I would be happy if they have a franchise mode with generic names. I would like more options on building a league, like rules how many teams and such.

I am sorry I was rude to you after our game. I was irritated that you quit a league game, but when I thought about it later I regretted being rude to you. I am truly sorry.
