2K5 football online

Hey Since nobody helped me from the EA forums I thought Id ask u guys. I tried to go online with 2K5 football. It let me make a account but when I tried to get on it said "could not connect to servers plz try again later" Then I got online on my 360 and everything was fine. I can also get online with other PS2 games. So whats the deal, did 2K shut down the 2K5 servers or is it somthing im doing. Plz give me instructions on how to fix this if people can still get on 2K5

I think all of their servers are majorly foobarred this weekend. Some IT guy must be bucking for a raise. He starts the 'cause all servers to intermittently fail' script before he goes home on the weekend so he can show his boss how much they need him on Monday.

2k5 servers for PS2 have been shut down for a while now, close to 2 years I think. The original xbox version is still open though.
