The Yellow Jackets have always been overlooked beuase of the Bulldawgs. Well this year, the Yellow JAckets are hoping that they can take over GA, and become a bigtime team. Runningback, Tashard Choice, will be their guy this year and will get the ball most of the time. This year should be an exciting one.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are coming into Iowa as ranked 34th, and Iowa is ranked 26th in the nation. Iowa wants to advance their rank badley, but Tech wants to rebound off a tough season last year as they only went 5-7, and dropped alot of ranks. This will be a tough game on noth sides of the ball for each team. Tashard Choice will have to have a big game if Georgia Tech wants to win. His is their biggest threat on offence. This should be a great game.

Well the Yellow Jackets lost the toss. Iowa choose to kick. So GT is reciving. The Yellow Jackets start up quick after a 22 yrd return to the 29. Taylor Bennet hooked up with Freshman Correy Earls 3 times on this drive, for 34 yards. Earls converted on a very clutch 3rd down, when it was 3rd and 12 after an Iowa sack. In the end of the drive, Tashard Choice runs it in for a 15 yrd TD. Iowa starts the game with a 3 and out, which leads to another Choice TD, which bring the game to 14-0 GT.

Iowa Finally gets something going. Jake Christensen hooks up with Freshman Colin Sanderman and a big 52 yards pass. Georgia Tech makes a 33 yrd drive, and then forced to Punt because of 3rd down. Punt Returner Paul Chaney returns it for a huge 76 yrd TD return!! The Iowa crowd goes wild as they tie up the game!! But thats all they are going to get, as Taylor Bennet hooks up with James Johnson for a 12 yrd pass. Then next drive for Iowa, Jake Christensen feels the pressure, and throws a pick right to Avery Roberson! Roberson takes it back to the house for a 42 yards return. GT up 28-14.

Christenson feels some more pressure, and throws another pick to Robersonb again!! He returns it 13 yards. That drive Durant Brooks kicked in a quick Feild goal to give GT another 3 points. GT up 31-14. Christensen gets sacked by Darryl Richard, and he coughs up the ball!! Richard Picks up up, to only be tackled for no gain on the return. Then, a huge play happens. "Bennet hand it off to Choice, Choice makes a guy miss, breaks a tackle, breaks another tackle, jukes, hes gone!!! 92 yards TD run!!! GT up 38-14. Christensen gets sacked twice,m and throws another pick. Hes had a horrible game. BEnnet drives up field, and hooks up with the TE, Colin Peek, for a 5 yrd TD pass. Final- 45-14 GT.
